My husband and I teach Natural Family Planning classes, conduct educational opportunities for parishioners to learn about NFP and speak about NFP and sexuality at our parish precana.

 

A natural family planning class meets three times (once a month for 3 months). Engaged and married couples learn and understand when they are fertile and when they are not by learning how to read their fertility signs. It is very helpful for couples so they can postpone pregnancy or achieve pregnancy in a healthy and natural way that is encouraged by the Catholic Church.
